The digital signature
implies that each user has its secret key which is used to create a signature
(data encryption) and corresponded to this secret key an open key that matches in
the secret key certificate that is designed to decrypt the digital signature
and obtaining information that is in a report.
Thus, from 01.01.2014,
for encryption and decryption of information that used by experts and customers
of the Ministry of Incomes and Fees you need two separate certificates that
prevent counterfeiting of keys and enhance the protection of information from
unauthorized modification by unauthorized persons.
