Prime Minister: We continue improving social standards
The
Government prolongs improvement of social parameters of the budget. The Prime
Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov announced during the session of the
Government on January 9, 2014.

“Minimum
salary in the current year will exceed the level of 2009 almost twofold and
the size of the official salary of the employee of the first tariff level of
the Unified Tariff Scale - 1.7fold,” the Prime Minister informed. As a
result of such improvements the average salary by the end of 2014, for example,
of a district practitioner of high category will grow by UAH 602 a month, a medical
assistance – by UAH 401 monthly, a director of a pre-school educational
institution – by UAH 645, a teacher of high category of the comprehensive educational
institution – by UAH 602, a senior scientific worker – by UAH 748. “Certainly,
in the following year we have envisaged gradual growth of the rate of
subsistence minimum per person,” Mykola Azarov noted. “At this, the Government
guarantees that budget of 2014 appears to be maximally balanced, realistic,
created for the people”. |
