1996 - graduated from the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko University with qualification of specialist in international relations and English interpreter

2014 – Private Higher Education Institution University of Modern Technologies, Lawyer

February 1996 - June 2005 – Served in the diplomatic service.

June 2005 - January 2008 – Held senior positions in the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

January 2008 - March 2010 and April 2014 - December 2016 – Deputy Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

In December 2016, appointed Deputy State Secretary of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine by Government decision.

Holds the 1st rank of civil servant and the diplomatic rank of Counsellor of the Second Class.
