1997 – National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, Specialist in Biology.
Professional experience
1998–2005 - Held several managerial positions at “Ukrainian Mobile Communications.”
2006–2007 - Marketing and Sales Director at CJSC “TeleSystems of Ukraine.”
2008–2016 - Senior positions at LLC “Vision TV.” Launched Viasat satellite television in Ukraine and the paid TV service for “Kyivstar.”
2016–2021 - Top manager in major logistics and product services, including Director of “Nova Poshta” group of companies, Director of the electronic public procurement platform “ZAKUPKI.PROM.UA” (Prozorro reform). Initiated and developed the document management service “Vchasno” as project lead.
2021–2022 - Director of postal operator “Justin.”
From 2022 - Adviser to the Patronage Service of the Minister of Defense of Ukraine. Coordinated the implementation of the LOGFAS system and the launch of the international cooperation platform “Korovai.” Oversaw the introduction of the Military Medical Information System (MIS AFU) and the SAP-based logistics management system in the Armed Forces.
July 25, 2025 - Appointed Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformations, and Digitalization. Together with the team, launched the military personnel register, the personnel accounting system “Impulse,” and introduced a digital vertical in the Armed Forces — 2,000 positions dedicated to digital transformation.
July 16, 2026 - Appointed Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.
