Born in 1989.

Education: Master’s degree, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, 2011, Law, LLM; lawyer.

November 2014 - October 2015 - held senior positions at the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine.

October 2015 - April 2016 – Deputy Manager of Affairs of the Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

April 2016 - August 2019 - Deputy Head of the Service of the Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine; Head of the Service of the Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine.

June 2020 - June 2021 - State Secretary of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine (Ministry of Development of Economy, Trade and Agriculture).

June 2021 - July 2025 – First Deputy State Secretary of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

By decision of the Government, he was appointed State Secretary of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on July 22, 2025.
