Denys Uliutin

Minister of Social Policy, Family and Unity of Ukraine

Denys Uliutin received a Master's degree in Finance from the National Academy of the State Tax Service in 2004.

He has over 20 years of work experience and holds the 3rd rank of civil servant. He started his career as a chief state tax inspector at the State Tax Administration of Ukraine.

March 2010 - April 2016, he worked at the Office of the Prime Minister of Ukraine.

April 2016 - June 2018, he was the Head of the Patronage Service of the Minister of Finance of Ukraine. He received a letter of appreciation from the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine on 16 June 2017.

Since April 2019, he has held the position of Deputy State Secretary of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

On 4 April 2020, he was appointed First Deputy Minister of Finance.

On 17 July 2025, he was appointed Minister of Social Policy, Family and Unity of Ukraine.

On 16 July 2026, he was reappointed Minister of Social Policy, Family and Unity of Ukraine.
