The selection of consultants for the Reforms Delivery Office (RDO) - an advisory body to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine which was established with focus on ensuring consistency of reforms delivery across Ministries to ensure an adequate level of organization and coordination of reforms implementation, preparation of proposals for the action plan of reforms implementation and monitoring of the status of the tasks, continues.
We are looking for highly qualified:
Business analyst (PAR team/ e-government/ project e-documentation management system)
Business analyst (PAR team/ e-government/ project E-archive)
It is expected, that the selected professionals will provide targeted technical assistance to the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and to the respective ministries and agencies during development and implementation of the priority reforms.
The RDO consultants will work under advisory contract (not public service employment) that offer a competitive salary level. Salary rate will be determined individually on the basis of assessment of the candidate’s knowledge, competencies and professional experience.
The project is funded by the EBRD Ukraine Stabilization and Sustainable Growth Multi-Donor Account (MDA). The contributors are: Denmark, the European Union, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States of America.
