    Trilateral Ukraine-EU-Russia talks on the transit of Russian gas through Ukraine after 2019 will take place in Brussels on 21 January 2019.

    Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin will chair the Ukrainian delegation consisting of Head of the National Commission for State Regulation in Energy and Utilities Oksana Kryvenko, CEO of Naftogaz of Ukraine Andrii Kobolyev, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine on European Integration Olena Zerkal, Deputy Minister for European Integration of the Ministry for Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine Natalia Boyko as well as experts from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Naftogaz and Ukrtransgaz.

    Vice-President for Energy Union Maroš Šefčovič will chair the delegation of the European Commission.

    The sides will discuss future contract relations and the conditions of interaction of gas transport operators.

    Minister P. Klimkin will also conduct bilateral meetings with EU Commissioner for ENP and Enlargement Negotiations Johannes Hahn, and EU Commissioner for Trade Cecilia Malmström.
