The co-chairs of the strategic platform are an authorized representative of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the UN Resident Coordinator and the Head of the EU Delegation from development partners. The Platform is established to: 

• Monitor the ITA contribution to the implementation of national reforms and the Government’s Program of Actions; 
• Discuss inter-sectoral and cross-cutting reform issues and higher level issues raised by Sectoral Working Groups; 
• Review strategic ITA management issues and ensure favorable conditions for development cooperation in Ukraine.
