Born December  29, 1975 in Chortkiv, Ternopil region, Ukraine.

Education

In 1996 graduated from Chernivtsi College of Culture with a degree in Amateur and Folk Arts and the following qualifications: folk music group leader, entertainment and leisure events manager.

In 2009 graduated from the National Technical University Kharkiv University of Technology  with a Bachelor degree in Business Management. 

In 2011 graduated from the National Technical University Kharkiv University of Technology , with Master’s degree in International Business Management.

Employment and Political Activity

1997: editor at Niko PR LLC, Chernivtsi.

1997 to 2007: editor, deputy director, general producer at NBM LLC, a foreign invested enterprise (5 Kanal (Channel 5)).

2005 to 2007: EI Television and Radio Broadcasting LLC, general producer on a part-time basis (Kyiv).

2007: NBM Radio Television and Radio Broadcasting LLC, director on a part-time basis (Kyiv).

2007 to 2012: people’s deputy of Ukraine, the VI convocation of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

2012 to 2014: people’s deputy of Ukraine, the VII convocation of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

2014: Chief Information Security Officer at Main Directorate of the National Guard of Ukraine.

2014: people’s deputy of Ukraine, the VII convocation of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.      

Appointed the Minister of Information Policy of Ukraine according to the Resolution of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of December 2, 2014.

14 April, 2016, was appointed as Minister of Information Policy of Ukraine.
