    Mylovanov Tymofii
    Minister of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine

    Tymofiy Mylovanov graduated from Kyiv Polytechnic Institute (management) in 1997 and National University of "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy" with a degree in economics in 1999. Mr. T. Mylovanov earned his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin Madison (USA) in 2004.

    During his professional career, Tymofiy Mylovanov had taught for a long time at European and American higher education institutions, including the University of Bonn, Penn State University, the University of Pennsylvania, and the University of Pittsburgh.

    Mr. Mylovanov’s research on game theory, contract theory, and institutional design has been published in major international academic journals like the Econometrica, American Economic Review, the Review of Economic Studies.

    During the Revolution of Dignity Tymofiy Mylovanov together with like-minded Ukrainian and world economists founded the VoxUkraine platform aimed to increase the level of economic debate in Ukraine.

    He has been a member of the academic advisory board of Kyiv School of Economics for a long time.

    On July 7th, 2016, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine elected Mr. T. Mylovanov to the Council of the National Bank of Ukraine and since October 2016 he has held a position of the Deputy Chairman of Council of the National Bank of Ukraine.

    In 2014 and 2015 (after that the rating has not been updated) Tymofii Mylovanov took the leading places in the Forbes Ukraine ranking of Ukrainian economists.
