Abramovsky Roman was born in 1973 in the city of Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Khabarovsk Krai, RSFSR, in the family of a military.

Has higher education, graduated from Kyiv National University of Internal Affairs in 2006 and received a specialist diploma, specialty - lawyer.
