Pavlo Rozenko was born on July 15, 1970 in Kyiv.
In 1993 he graduated from National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.”
He was one of the founders of the first independent Ukrainian student organization - the Ukrainian Student Union.An active participant of the student hunger strike, known as the Revolution on Granite, which took place in October 1990.
1993-1994 - worked at the National Television Company of Ukraine;
1994-2000 - Assistant Consultant to MP of Ukraine;
2000-2001 - Advisor to the Minister, Head of the Minister’s administration;
2001-2005 - Assistant Consultant to MP of Ukraine;
2005-2006 - Counsellor, Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine;
2006-2008 - Head of the Social Policy Service at the President’s Secretariat of Ukraine;
2008-03.2010 – First Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine;
03.2010-10.2012 - Expert on social policy (pension reform, legalization of wages, social benefits and compensation, employment, social services, labour remuniration, labor relations, etc.), economic and fiscal policy, leading expert at the Razumkov Centre;
10.2012-11.2014 – MP of Ukraine of the VII convocation of the party UDAR (Ukrainian Democratic Alliance for Reform) of Vitalii Klitschko, Deputy Chairman of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Social Policy and Labour;
27.11.2014-02.12.14 – MP of Ukraine of the VIII convocation of the party Petro Poroshenko Bloc;
December 2, 2014 the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine appointed him as Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine.
April 14, 2016 – Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine.
Author of over 100 articles and publications on social policy, pension reform, the system of benefits and compensation in Ukraine, labour remuniration and other aspects of social and labor relations.
He is a civil servant of the 1st rank, an honored worker of the social sphere.
He is married with two children.
