Born in 1961.

Education:

1984 - graduated from Kyiv State Pedagogical Institute named after O.M. Gorky, majoring in History, Social Sciences and Educational Methodology.

1996 - Candidate of Historical Sciences.

2005 - awarded the academic title of associate professor.

January 2008 - March 2010 and March 2014 - October 2015 - Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine.

January 2017 - July 2020 - State Secretary of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

By the decision of the Government on July 1, 2020 he was appointed Deputy State Secretary of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
