    Born on July 17, 1979, in Chernivtsi.


    2001 - graduated from the Legal Department, Chernivtsi National University named after Yuriy Fedkovych with distinction, speciality "jurisprudence".

    2004 - graduated from the Ukrainian Academy of Foreign Trade under the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, specialty "management of foreign economic activity".

    Labour activity:

    2001 – legal counsel, private law firms.

    2001 – 2005 - general counsel of JSC "State Savings Bank of Ukraine", senior positions in the Legal Department of JSC "Savings Bank of Ukraine".

    2006 – 2010 – private practice lawyer.

    2010 – 2012 – Deputy of the Kyiv Regional Council, member of the standing Commission on law, order and fighting corruption.

    2012 – 2014 – Member of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, VII convocation, the Batkivshchyna political party, Secretary of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on the Rule of Law and Justice.

    27 February 2014 – Justice Minister of Ukraine.

    27 November 2014 the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine under the chairmanship of Arseniy Yatsenyuk resigned before the newly elected at extraordinary elections of people's deputies of Ukraine Verkhovna Rada of the VIII convocation.

    2 December 2014 appointed Justice Minister of Ukraine by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

    14 April 2016 re-appointed to the post of Minister of Justice of Ukraine.
