Lyubchenko Oleksiy was born in 1971 in the village of Orlovets, Cherkasy region.

2003-2005 - Head of the State Tax Administration in Cherkasy region

2007-2009 - studied for a doctorate at the Council for the Study of Productive Forces of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine
2009-2011 - Deputy Head of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine
2011 - Director of the Department of Corporate Taxation of the State Tax Service of Ukraine
2012-2014 - First Vice President of PJSC Ukragrokhimholding
2014-2015 - Advisor to the Head of the Department of Advisors of the Department for Providing the Activities of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine
2015-2020 - held the position of First Vice President of PJSC Ukragrokhimholding
April 2020 - May 2021 - Head of the State Tax Service of Ukraine
On May 20, 2021, he was appointed First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine - Minister of Economy of Ukraine
