Born in 1977 in Kharkiv.
Education:
Graduated from the Kharkiv National University “People’s Ukrainian Academy” with a degree in Business Economics and from the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University with a degree in Law.
Career:
1998 – 2019 – worked in business and investment, both in Ukraine and internationally.
2019 – 2020 – Head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration.
2020 – 2022 – Minister for Communities and Territories Development.
2022 – 2024 – Chairman of the Board of Naftogaz of Ukraine.
3 December 2024 – appointed Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of National Unity of Ukraine.
