1995 graduated from Ternopil National Economic University with a degree in economics

2021 – National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, Master’s degree in Management and Administration.

From December 2019 to June 2020 - State Secretary of the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine.

June 17, 2020 – appointed Deputy State Secretary of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Civil servant of the 2nd rank.

Awarded the Certificate of Honour from the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the Certificate of Honour from the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
