Oksana Zholnovych

Oksana Zholnovych was born in 1979.

She has higher education, a PhD in law.

2001 - graduated from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv with a degree in law, qualification - lawyer.

2001-2002 - worked as a teacher at Stryi Agrarian College.

2001-2005 - was a postgraduate student at the Department of Labour, Agrarian and Environmental Law of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.

2008 - defended her PhD thesis titled "The System of Labour Law of Ukraine". The degree was awarded in 2009.

2005-2009 - worked as an assistant at the Department of Labour, Agrarian and Environmental Law of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.

2009 - received a Certificate of the right to practice law.

2009-2019 - was a member of the Bar Council of Lviv Region.

2010-2016 - was an associate professor at the Department of Labour, Agrarian and Environmental Law of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.

2014-2016 - headed the Central Control and Audit Commission of the political party "Power of People".

2015 - was the Executive Director of Housing Cooperative "Uspikh".

2016-2019 - was an associate professor at the Department of Social Law of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.

2017-2019 - was an assistant to the rector of Ivan Bobersky Lviv State University of Physical Culture.

2017-2019 - worked as the Director of Eurocontract Lviv LLC.

2018-2019 - headed the board of condominium "Levandivsky Dvoryk".

2019 - became a finalist in the second season of the New Leaders project.

2019-2020 - worked as an advisor to Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine responsible for the issues of protection of persons with disabilities.

2020 - July 2022 - headed the Department of Social Policy and Healthcare of the Office of the President of Ukraine.

July 19, 2022 – appointed Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine.
