Born in 1979 in Kyiv.

Education:

2001 – graduated from the National University of Physical Education and Sports of Ukraine with a degree in coaching.

2004 – graduated from the Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics with a degree in enterprise finance.

2008 – graduated from the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management with a degree in commercial law and labour law.

In 2017, he enrolled in the National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine, where he is currently studying.

2001-2009 – Trainer at the State Enterprise Favoryt-S, Kyiv;

2009-2011 – Head of the fitness club of SE Favoryt-S, Kyiv;

2011 – Assistant to the Head of Setra Law Firm LLC;

2011-2015 – Sales Manager at Firm IST LLC;

2015-2016 – Manager of the Road Transport Department of the Subsidiary Enterprise ISTFRAHT;

2016 – Assistant Consultant to the Member of Parliament of Ukraine, Secretariat of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Kyiv;

2016 – Chief Specialist of the Division of Priority Non-Olympic Sports of the Department of Physical Culture and Non-Olympic Sports, Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine;

2016-2020 – Director of the Department of Physical Culture and Non-Olympic Sports, Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine;

15 July 2020 – appointed Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports of Ukraine.

9 November 2023 – appointed Acting Minister of Youth and Sports of Ukraine

5 September 2024 – appointed Minister of Youth and Sports of Ukraine.
