Born on September 25, 1974 in Yevpatoria, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
Education
In 2003 graduated from the National Academy of Visual Arts and Architecture in Kyiv and received degree with honours in visual arts.
In 2018 received a master degree in public administration from the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine.

1996 -1997 - consultant, director of the antique shop of private enterprise "Amida-2", Yevpatoria, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

From December 2014 – Member of Parliament, the faction of PARTY “PETRO POROSHENKO BLOC”. Iryna Friz headed the Subcommittee on State Information Systems of the Committee on National Security and Defence of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
On September 9, 2016 she was appointed Head of the Ukrainian permanent delegation to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly.
On November 22, 2018, Iryna Friz was appointed Minister for Veterans Affairs of Ukraine.
She is married and has two sons.
