    Born on 25 November 1962 in Olexandria, Kirovohrad region.

    Education:

    1989 - graduated from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, Faculty of Physics

    1985 - 1987 – Army service

    1990 - 1992 - leading expert of the Microelectronics Center, Ulyanovsk

    1992 – 1993 - Advisor to the Director of Economic Affairs, MC Korona, Lviv

    1993 - 1995 - counselor for economic affairs MC Sapphire, Rogatyn, Ivano-Frankivsk region

    1995 - 1997 - President of the industrial corporation Technoinvestcenter

    1997 - 1998 - President of the industrial corporation Techno-Center

    1998 - elected Member of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. PDP member in 1998, 1998 to 1999 - member of the group "Revival of Regions", 1999 to 2001 - member of the UPP faction.

    2002 – during the parliamentary election elected People's Deputy, district No. 86 ,Ivano-Frankivsk region. The electoral bloc of political parties Viktor Yushchenko Bloc "Our Ukraine".

    2006 - elected Mayor of Kalush in local elections

    2010 – re-elected Mayor of Kalush in local elections

    November 2014 - April 2016 – MP of Ukraine from party Petro Poroshenko Block, Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Fuel, Energy Complex, Nuclear Policy and Nuclear Safety.

    14 April 2016 - appointed Minister of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine
