2006 - Kyiv National University of Internal Affairs, Law specialty.

2018 - Odesa Regional Institute for Public Administration of the National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine. Master’s degree in Public Administration.

Professional activity:

2015-2018 - Head of Berezivska Regional State Administration of Odesa region.

2018-2019 – Head of Desnyansky District State Administration of the city of Kyiv.

March 18, 2020 - appointed as Deputy Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
