Born on July 7, 1966, in the city of Bohodukhiv, Kharkiv region.

Education:

Higher. In 1987 he graduated from Leningrad Higher Military and Political School. Military officer with higher military special education. In 2004 he got second higher education with the qualification "lawyer", Interregional Academy of Personnel Management.

Labour Activity:

From 1987 to 1989 - deputy captain responsible for political affairs at the military unit of USSR Armed Forces.

From 1989 to 1995 he worked as a teacher of history at Vinnytsia secondary school No. 27.

From 1995 to 1998 - Head of Vinnytsia City Committee of Teachers’ and Scientists’ Trade Union;

From 1998 to 1999 - Deputy Mayor on the issues concerning the activity of executive bodies of VinnytsiaCity Council;

In 1999 - Deputy Head of Vinnytsia Regional State Administration;

From November 1999 to June 2000 - Deputy Mayor of Vinnytsia;

From June 2000 to October 2000 – Chief of the Social Protection Department, Zamostiansk district, Vinnytsia City Council;

From 2000 to 2005 – Chief of the Labour and Social Protection Department, Zamostiansk district, VinnytsiaCity Council;

From December 2005 to April 2016 - Deputy Mayor of Vinnytsia;

On April 15, 2016, he was appointed as Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine.
