Under the Government decision, from 12:00 on 24 March, the acceptance for arrival and departure of aircraft engaged in the transportation of passengers traveling for tourist purposes is prohibited.

Acceptance and departure of aircraft performing passenger transportation services is carried out only through the SE "Boryspil International Airport".

In case SE "Boryspil International Airport" cannot accept for arrival and departure a plane, such aircraft will be accepted by the SE Lviv Danylo Halytsky International Airport" as a backup.

This decision is a compulsory measure to prevent the spread of COVID-19 severe respiratory illness in Ukraine. If necessary, to satisfy the needs of the State the acceptance and departure of passenger aircrafts shall be carried out in agreement with the relevant ministry.
