The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine will not adopt any decisions that deviate from interests of Ukrainian citizens. This applies to all aspects of life within the country, including the situation on the fuel market, Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman announced during the Government sitting.

"The issue of oil prices… Turbulence starts again, some foretellers are talking about some sort of decisions that would entail prices hikes. I want to reassure - no decision will be made if it can cause monopolization, plots and spike in fuel prices", assured Volodymyr Groysman. "All attempts to create artificial monopolies are rejectable. All decisions of the Government will be honest and for the citizens benefits."

The Head of Government stressed that access to inexpensive petroleum products should be open for every Ukrainian driver. And for this purpose it is necessary not only to analyze the situation on the market, but also to develop domestic production. "The issue is being within responsibility of First Vice Prime Minister (Stepan Kubiv). He is well aware of the range of issues", said the Head of Government. "We engage in retrofitting of the country and adopt decisions that allow us to be stronger."
