Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman considers it appropriate to depart from the commonplace for our country paradigm of life "from elections to elections" and switch to the implementation of the monthly plan to strengthen the economy. The Head of Government said on air of the ICTV channel in The Freedom of Speech program.

"I think that we must move away from the paradigm "from elections to elections". We are twelve or eighteen months ahead of the poll. And it is relevant to talk about what we will do every month to improve life within the country. Our country and people's problems should all be the focus", the Head of Government urged.

The PM emphasized that he sees bringing about real transformations as his mission. "I’d prefer people could remember what exactly my Government has done: the first, second, third", said Volodymyr Groysman.

He reminded that among the crucial steps initiated by the Government were reforms in the pension system, in education, healthcare, and in the regulatory policy.

"We need a technical modernization of the economy. We are lagging behind in technology. Hence, we are introducing technological upgrading tools", said the Prime Minister. "We should also accelerate the economy. And this proves possible when investment comes to Ukraine. Our power is in a strong economy capable of providing decent quality of life for Ukrainian citizens."
