  • Ukraine is represented in a separate pavilion at International Green Week 2019

    Ukrainian business with the support of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine for the first time in 5 years will be officially represented at the International Green Week in Berlin (Germany) on the basis of a separate national pavilion.

    The production of 50 Ukrainian companies will be presented at the Ukrainian exposition with total area of 1,200 m². This will include dairy and meat products, organic and vegetarian products, fish and seafood, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, confectionery and honey, dairy products, and more.

    The exhibition seeks  to familiarize visitors with the products of national producers, to promote the brand made in Ukraine in the world, to maintain the positive image of the country and to boost attraction of foreign capital.

    Apart from that, within the framework of International Green Week an official delegation from the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food will take part in a number of bilateral meetings, as well as in "Digital Agriculture - Intelligent Solutions for the Future Agriculture" session at the Global Forum for Food and Agriculture

    Background

    International Green Week is one of the largest and most prestigious trade fair which was founded in Berlin in 1926.

    The event is attended by 1,700 participants from 65 countries and more than 400 thousand visitors. As part of the exhibition, about 300 symposiums, seminars, forums, committee meetings, etc. are held.

    The key events for official delegations from the governments of the member states are the Global Forum for Food and Agriculture, as well as the Conference of Ministers of Agriculture attended by representatives of more than 80 ministries.
