1,001,517 patients received drugs under the Available Medicines program by electronic recipes. Most actively the program was used in Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Lviv, Zaporizhia and Donetsk regions.

The National Health Service of Ukraine analyzed that mostly people aged 65 use the program. Meanwhile, the place of residence does not really matter: among the most active were the residents of cities, towns and villages.

Since April of this year, doctors around the country have issued over 4 million recipes. Almost 80% of those were remedies to cure cardiovascular disease, 17% - type 2 diabetes, 3% - bronchial asthma. Patients receive medicines in pharmacies free of charge or with insignificant payment.

As a reminder, one can receive an electronic recipe only from a family doctor, therapist or pediatrician, with whom the patient has signed a declaration.
