On December 19, Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Oleh Nemchinov introduced to the staff of the State Service for Ethnic Policy and Freedom of Conscience a new head – Viktor Yelensky, a Ukrainian scholar, expert in religious studies, publicist, teacher and doctor of philosophy.

“I wish the new head inspiration, success and fruitful work to fulfill all the tasks set by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and the Government of Ukraine!” Oleh Nemchinov said.

As a reminder, Viktor Yelensky was appointed by the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 16, 2022, No. 1138-r.
