More than UAH 1.8 billion of budget funds have already been directed to curbing the spread of acute respiratory disease COVID-19.

The Ministry of Finance constantly monitors budget expenditures for the purchase by budget managers (recipients) of budget funds for goods needed to implement measures to combat coronavirus infection.

According to the State Treasury data, from March 1 to April 29, 2020, inclusive, payments to the tune of UAH 1.8 billion were made from the budgets of all levels, including UAH 455 million from the state budget and UAH 1.349 billion from local budgets.

The total amount of registered budget commitments for all purchases of goods and services to combat COVID-19 makes UAH 2.398 billion (UAH 512 million - the state budget, UAH 1.886 billion - local budgets).
