By the beginning of the new year, 103,724 people registered at the All-Ukrainian Online School platform, including 76,015 students, 23,006 teachers, and the rest as attendees. The largest number of users and interactions was observed on January 11.
"All-Ukrainian Online School is an opportunity to distantly help teachers and students to acquire knowledge during the period of enhanced quarantine measures, which in order to reduce the risk of coronavirus infection are being in effect in Ukraine until January 24. All general secondary educational institutions operate online. It is delightful that the attendance rates on the platform are growing. This means that the platform is in demand and distance learning is well organized. During the existence of the platform, users have interacted with it 12 million times," said Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Serhii Shkarlet.
He also reminded that to use the platform one needs to go through free registration. To do this, click the "Register" button on the platform's website at the top right, fill out the registration form and activate your account using the e-mail that will be sent to the e-mail specified when filling out the form.
All-Ukrainian Online School is a modern online resource for mixed and distance learning of students in grades 5-11 with materials that correspond the state program. The platform was created on the initiative of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine. The Osvitoria NGO developed and introduced the project. The Ukrainian Institute of Education Development (UIED) ensures compliance of content with state educational standards and provides methodological support.
As was reported earlier the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine told that after the termination of the intensified quarantine school students will be able to return to full-time and mixed forms of training.
