It is a striking result and can be a good example of effectrive work of local authorities and medical workers, hence it demonstrates the desire of Ukrainians to engage in transformation of healthcare sector.

A doctor to whom you can entrust your health will treat, give useful tips for a healthy lifestyle and disease prevention,and, if necessary, refer a patient to narrow specialists. All of these services are free of charge and are funded by the National Health Service of Ukraine.

Citizens can choose a doctor either in public or private hospitals.
