In late October, Israeli experts will hold a number of inclusive education seminars for Ukrainian educators. This was stated by Larisa Samsonova, the Head of the Directorate of Inclusive and Out-of-School Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
During two weeks, two-day lectures and practical seminars will be organized in Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Zaporizhzhya. The leadership of inclusive resource centers, school directors and teachers will be the target audience.
"Ukraine is keen on applying best practices of the inclusive education system of Israel. For me, this became evident after a trip to Israel under the program MASHAV. We were extremely impressed with the integration of children with special educational needs into society, and we are glad that our partners agreed to help Ukrainian teachers on the path to inclusion, " the Head of the Directorate emphasized.
