Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman calls on controlling agencies to switch to the risk-oriented model of business inspections by the end of the year, when only sectors or cases which require close attention will be subject to monitoring. This was stated by the Head of Government during the Inspections. NET business forum, which was organized by the Better Regulation Delivery Office.
He emphasized that the concept of supervision should be retrofitted towards full transparency and predictability and based on the principle of so-called checklists.
"I appeal to all the supervisory bodies: you must conduct the work for the benefits of Ukraine and citizens. The Government, for its part, will not postpone the introduction of changes. I always support honest and transparent business. I want to send a clear message - the reform of the inspections should be completed by the end of the year. The risk-oriented model must be created. The formalism should sink into oblivion", Volodymyr Groysman stressed.
At the same time, according to the Prime Minister, business should be responsible to the society and to the State.
"Our state interest is to ensure favorable environment for everyone who wants to build competitive business, to produce a quality product and to develop the economy. Economic achievements will be invested in the well-being of Ukrainians", the Head of Government added.
