The Ministry of Economic Development, together with the State Property Fund and the Kyiv City State Administration, should provide the Appeals Chamber of the Supreme Anticorruption Court and the Chambers of the Supreme Anticorruption Court with appropriate premises to ensure the administration of justice at first instance.

The Head of the Government instructed within a month to determine relevant premises and to prepare all necessary documentation, including financing of the lease.
