Yosyp V.Vinskyi was born on January 2, 1956 in the
village of Loshkivtsi, Khmelnytskyi region.
Has higher education, graduated from
Kamyanets-Podilskyi Agricultural Institute as a mechanical engineer.
Served as an engineer-diagnostician of
Kamyanets-Podilskyi regional association SilGospTechnika, a chief engineer at a state-owned farm, a
constructor, a senior engineer of Kamyanets-Podilskyi department of the
UkrSortNasinnyaOvoch Special Planning and Design Office.
People’s deputy of Ukraine of five convocations.
Appointed to the post of Minister for Transport and
Communications of Ukraine by resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine
№10-VI of December 18,
2007.
